I started 1:1 training with Amy at the start of the year - I wanted to do PT to get back in shape after having my first baby the previous year. I needed to loose weight and strengthen my body again! I was lacking motivation and drive to do this by myself!


Once I started training with Amy, I started to drop the KGs (16kg so far), I have gained so much strength back and I’m now motivated to get up and out for a walk and exercise!


The 1:1 fortnightly coaching sessions were also amazing, it gave me time to talk to Amy to discuss any concerns, goals and sometimes just vent 😅 it was a great way to stay on track! I’ve been working with her for about 6 months now, first with one of her packages and now with weekly PT sessions. Before starting to work with her I never exercised, rarely spent time outside and felt like I wasn’t taking care of myself at all. I wanted something achievable that I could incorporate into my life for the long term and that’s exactly what’s she’s done! I now work out twice a week, incorporate movement into my days and I’m eating better while still enjoying everything I love.

Her walk and talk coaching calls are amazing to help you change your mindset and make small achievable changes that really add up to huge changes over just a few months.

I have lost over 10kgs and am very nearly at my goal weight…

Before working with Amy I used to be in so much pain, my body ached and I really struggled to get up in the morning and stay active throughout the day. I used to eat quick, easy foods which weren’t very nutritious for me and I was struggling to lose weight. Now I wake up every morning with so much more energy. I walk, exercise regularly - participating in swimming and classes at my local gym which I really enjoy. I feel much better within myself, have better awareness with my food choices and so much more self-confidence. Amy is an absolute gem. I have been training with her now for just over 3 years and have never felt fitter. Amy has a way of ensuring you reach your goals without you even noticing.

I am so glad I joined Thrive in 6! I felt so down, tired and stressed prior to this programme with being a mum and working full time, I wasn’t making time for myself and not eating great. I don’t to stick different plans on my own, as I usually get overwhelmed with trying to do too much at once and have that “perfectionist” mindset. Amy helped me overcome this with encouraging small changes to my daily habits. Amy is so knowledgeable, supportive and made me feel at ease. I have been completing the Thrive in 6 program with Amy for the past six weeks and it has been great. Amy provides realistic targets and personalised support, wherever you are at on your journey. Before working with Amy, I was tired, short tempered and just felt yuck in general.

My goal was incorporate more movement into my days, eat more nourishing food to help me lose weight, to feel good in my clothes and have more energy to play with my kids.

Since working with Amy, I have so much more energy, I have lost weight, am enjoying more active family time. I feel calmer and have the ability to handle what the day throws at me much better than I used to. Nowadays I feel happier, more present, and feel I am truely connecting more with my 2 little people.

I enjoyed everything - The weekly PT sessions with Amy, the online classes that I can fit into my life (without having to leave the house), the accountability is HUGE and makes everything more achievable, being able to reach out and ask for help when I'm struggling and also sharing my wins (no matter how big or small they are), fortnightly coaching session, where not only am I moving but also get clear on my goals and setting manageable goals for the weeks ahead.

My mindset has now completely changed and I realise I no longer is a binge and restrict mindset. I don’t NEED to restrict myself from treats, and have now found moderation.

I am CHOOSING to eat more nourishing foods and have been able to see how much more energy I have. I still enjoy alcohol & social event with my friends, however, I am no longer binging and over-consuming calories.

WALK & TALK coaching has allowed me to set smaller, realistic goals each week in order to reach my bigger goal. I have learned how to do it myself, rather than having someone give me a meal plan or tell me what to do. I know that fad diets don't work in the long term and I have now created long-term sustainable change. I have implemented much better-eating habits, no longer obsessing over my food choices and what I eat, no longer having the mental fight around my food choices and feeling much more in control.

I am much more confident in my clothes now and exercise has become part of my daily routine. I really notice how lethargic I feel when I don't do it and miss my daily coastal walks and weekly PT sessions with Amy.

Amy is always on time, follows up and her communication is always timely. Amy is very patient and I can tell she is 100% genuine in wanting the results for me, she does everything that she says she is going to do.

I feel so much better in myself. I have made going for a walk part of my daily routine. I have been making mindful choices regarding food. Usually I would go for convenience, e.g. takeaway, fast food, freezer food. Weekends were usually a right off with regards to food and steps. I would usually under eating during the day and then binging of an evening. Each week on this programme I have improved my eating during the weekends. I don’t feel as stressed or snappy.
