Hey there, I’m Amy—Personal trainer, Health coach, soon-to-be registered nutritionist, and mum of two, based right here in Perth, Australia.

I know how overwhelming it can be to navigate health and fitness as a busy mum, especially when you’re juggling family life, work, and everything else. Finding time for yourself can feel impossible. But I’ve been there, and I’m passionate about helping mums like you feel strong, energised, and confident again—without adding more stress to your already full plate.

With qualifications in pre and postnatal fitness and my ongoing studies in evidence-based nutrition, my approach is grounded in science and designed to fit into your life seamlessly.

Like many women, I used to struggle with a negative body image, viewing exercise as punishment and food as something to be feared. But over time, I learned that health and fitness aren’t about being perfect—they’re about taking care of yourself, moving your body in ways that feels good, and embracing balance.
