The problem isn’t that you need to know more, or eliminate a particular food from your diet, or start exercising 5-6 days a week.
The problem is that the all approaches you keep taking don’t enable you stay CONSISTENT and everytime you hit a obstacles you go ‘off track’ and give up because its too hard.
The thing is, obstacles can pretty much arrive on a daily basis in motherhood, so need an approach that is flexible and gives you the ability to stay consistent.
